Q: Where do I go?
Once on site, how will the guests know where to go?
A:
Rockingham events staff will be on hand to help with parking and to direct guests to their suite.

Q: Lateness
What happens if some of our team turn up late?
A:
The team activities would start as usual and late arrivals would be taken to join the team by the event manager on arrival.
Q: Weather
What provisions are in place for extreme weather conditions?
A:
There will always be somewhere to shelter indoors at each activity area, and in wet weather, waterproofs for driving in will be provided. In extreme adverse weather conditions there can be no guarantee that a driving day will not have to be cancelled, but where possible we will work with the organiser of the day to make sure you have as much notice as possible.
Q: Small teams
Is it possible to bring a small team of people to a driving day?
A:
We can accommodate teams of less than 12 people, subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Q: Insurance
Do Rockingham offer insurance?
A:
An optional vehicle excess waiver is available at £25.00 per person (excluding VAT) covering you for damage caused to vehicles.
Q: Food
Is food included in the price?
A:
Yes, catering is included in all our packages unless otherwise stated.
Q: Clothing
Do we need to bring wet weather clothing?
A:
It is always advisable to bring a warm weatherproof jacket, as racing circuits can be cold and windy places. Rockingham will provide wet weather clothing where required for the driving activities.

Do we require special footwear?
A:
It is best to wear flat shoes, flat boots or trainers.

Comfortable casual clothing - trousers and long sleeves.
Q: Driving Licences
Do we need driving licences on the day?
A:
A full UK driving licence is required to participate in any of our driving activities.
