Business Development Manager

We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager. Having gained valuable experience in B2B sales, you will be an articulate, confident sales professional who can demonstrate your ability to source, establish and manage key partnership relationships with corporate clients in your key territories.

Principle accountabilities include the identification, development and growth of profitable new business opportunities and the generation of sales, both on the telephone and in conference with clients.

In addition, you will work closely with the on-site Events Team to ensure your clients enjoy a unique and thoroughly enjoyable experience that exceeds all their expectations.

Experienced Sous chef required
We are currently recruiting an experienced Sous Chef to assume responsibility of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.

You must have NVQ Level 2 Catering & Hospitality or equivalent, be competent, motivated and creative. Experience within the events catering industry would be an advantage.

This role will suit an ambitious chef with previous experience in a similar role. You will be expected to work in the main five days out of seven, which will include weekends and the occasional evening functions.
