Fully air-conditioned and naturally lit, our conference facilities are designed for a wide range of functions and budgets, catering for anything from two to 350 delegates with a multitude of event spaces to choose from. There is also the option to combine work with play with our half day conference/half day driving packages.


All rooms can be hired by the day or half day, and broadband internet access, AV equipment and staging are all available on request. We also have an expert in-house catering team who use the very best fresh ingredients from local sources to create mouth-watering menu options.

The Rockingham Building Drop

More than simply an extraordinarily futuristic backdrop, the Rockingham Building offers hospitality in dramatic suites overlooking the circuit and the countryside beyond. This permanent multi-functional grandstand building has 45 luxurious suites, all fully equipped with the latest hospitality and meeting facilities and perfect for corporate events, from motivational team breakfasts and client hospitality to delegate conferences.  

The Welcome Centre Drop

Housed in the glass fronted grandstand, the Welcome Centre can accommodate up to 350 people, whether it's for an AGM, an exhibition or a black-tie banquet. The stunning 624m2 space has solid partitioning to create a variety of layouts, wide access doors, lighting rigs, natural light controlled by window blinds and a reception area. Staging and wireless broadband internet access are available on request.

The Apollo Suite Drop

Situated on the first floor of the Rockingham building, the Apollo suite has panoramic views of the circuit and Northamptonshire countryside and can accommodate up to 200 delegates. This suite is ideal for lunches, sales conferences, annual meetings and networking events.

The Skyline Suite Drop

Adjacent to the Apollo suite, the Skyline suite shares the same stunning views and has an integrated bar, creating an intimate feel to the room. The Skyline can accommodate up to 80 delegates and is perfect for breakfast meetings, lunchtime conferences, presentations and private functions.

The Gemini Suite Drop

This suite also has the magnificent views over the circuit and can seat up to 100 delegates in theatre style. It can also be divided into two separate spaces, perfect for use as breakout rooms in conjunction with other suites or for smaller meetings or networking events.
