Terms and Conditions
Entering the Competition
1. The Renault Clio Dream Drive competition (the "Competition") is open to UK residents ("You") subject to paragraph 2 below.
2. Employees of Rockingham Motor Speedway Limited (“Rockingham”) or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Competition may not enter the Competition.
3. By entering the Competition you are accepting these terms and conditions.

You are responsible for the cost (if any) of sending your Competition entry to us.

The closing date and time of the Competition is 17:00 on 22 August 2011. Entries received after this date and time will not be considered.
Picking the winners
8.
Rockingham will choose 10 initial winners at random from the entries received to attend the training/selection day at Rockingham.
9. A single overall winner will be selected from the ‘training/selection day’ based on a number of measured, quantifiable preset criteria including on-track performance, consistency and additional measures to be advised
10. The judges' decision of who the winners are will be made on the training/assessment day. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Prizes
11.
The winner of the initial draw will receive the opportunity to attend Rockingham for a ‘training/selection day’ with a single overall winner to receive a full-paid drive in the Air Asia Renault Clio Cup race including testing, practice, qualifying and races. The remaining nine winners receiving VIP hospitality on British Touring Car Championship race day – Sunday 18th September
12. The initial winners will be notified by Rockingham by telephone, on or before 24th August 2011 and the overall winner will be notified in person on the training/assessment day

Details of the winners will also be published on www.rockingham.co.uk/dreamdrive on 24th August 2011 or (at Rockingham's sole discretion) at a later date.
14.
No cash prize alternative will be offered.
Some other rules
15.
Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
- 16. We take no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
17.
Details of the winners can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Dream Drive Competition, Rockingham, Mitchell Road, Corby, Northamptonshire. NN17 5AF.

The winners may be required for promotional activity.

The Promoter of the Competition is Rockingham Motor Speedway Limited, Mitchell Road, Corby, Northamptonshire. NN17 5AF. Any complaints regarding the Competition should be sent to this address.
- Rockingham Motor Speedway Limited accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by You as a result of entering the Competition or accepting any prize.
20.
Rockingham Motor Speedway Limited reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Rockingham Motor Speedway Limited in all matters under its control is final and binding.
21.
Rockingham Motor Speedway Limited shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
22.
All entrants must be aged 17 and over and hold a full valid UK driving license
23.
Winners must be available to attend a training/selection day and ARDS test/training day. Failure to do so will forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected. If the overall winner is unavailable to attend the ARDS test/training day the prize will be transferred to the next highest judged driver.
- 24. The overall winner must be available for a test day on Friday 16th September and qualifying/racing on 17th/18th September.
25.
The prize drive is subject to the selected individual successfully completing a full medical and ARDS test to be granted an MSA National B Racing License.
26.
No alternative dates will be offered.
27.
The Competition will be governed by English law.
