Find below our event, season pass media and in-car camera application forms. Please enter your details in these forms and return via email or fax to Rockingham Press & PR Officer.

The following guidelines have been devised to help applicants applying for media accreditation.

1. All requests for media accreditation must be made to Rockingham’s Press & PR Officer by midday on the Wednesday prior to the race event. No on-the-day applications will be accepted.
2. Members of the media will only be allowed to sign-on on the day, if they have been issued with an official media pass by Rockingham, the MSA or the race series. No-one will be allowed to sign-on without a pass.
3. All applicants must hold at least £5 million public liability insurance. A copy of the certificate will be required as proof. Anyone who doesn’t hold this will not be allowed trackside and will be restricted to the public areas.
4. All applicants must supply an original letter on headed paper signed by the editor/person commissioning the work undertaking to publish the work.
5. All applicants must supply at least three cuttings of their work, which must carry their by-line. If accredited for a Rockingham event in the last three years, cuttings from this event must be supplied.
6. Applicants applying on behalf of a website must adhere to the following criteria: |

• a site must be regularly maintained, up-to-date and accountable, with a functioning contact address and list of contributors
• the coverage should be general (motorsport, sports cars etc) rather than a site devoted to one particular team or driver
• proof of coverage from the majority of events in the season should be provided
• the origins of photos used on the site must be clearly shown

7. Team media personnel – both press officers and photographers – have the same access to media facilities as accredited media. Special requirements must be made in advance and photographers must provide proof of who they are representing. |
